Jon Brion vs. Star Wars 

Jon Brion is the one and only reason I would ever move to Los Angeles. The one, damn reason. His weekly gig at Largo draws a packed house and even put me in a position to brush shoulders with Fiona Apple and make Danny Devito laugh in a bathroom line. That was the summer of 2005.
